Flexi TotzFlexi Totz is a fun and friendly pre school gymnastics club for children aged 18 months -7 years
It provides the perfect stepping stone into physical education and gymnastics. We run 18 classes across the district, please see the classes page for more info. For children aged 18 months to 3 the club follows the Gymnastics FUNdamental scheme, which encourages children to learn and develop through fun theme and reward schemes. 3 year old classes focus on the Pre school Gymnastics Awards When the children move into a 4 year old class they begin work to achieve their Flexi Totz green, yellow and blue awards, these progress through the colours and children have to show competence in ten agilities on each award to achieve A medal. Once children turn 5 they begin work on their Core Proficiency badges 8-1 which develop skills from the basics to a more advanced level.
